Our laid back waterfront marina resort offers 14 self contained seafront and garden cottages as well as some smaller suites. All with small kitchens nestled in tropical Caribbean gardens with expansive verandas for open air living. The bedrooms are air-conditioned for added comfort. From all our tropical cottages guests enjoy scenic garden and marina views just steps from our mangrove beach, pool and restaurant.

Our friendly service mixed with our resort amenities and casual vibe make LPB a great place for relaxation and to ease you into an island state of mind. At the entrance of our marina and Petit Calivigny Bay are our 2 small mangrove beaches. Walk out on our dock to swim from one of our platforms into our calm bay.

The vibe of our resort is meant to be casual. Cottages have their own kitchen so you can do your own thing but you also have access to our relaxed restaurant and bar in case you want to skip the dishes. Island Fever Tropical Tavern has something for everyone including with our all day menu, as well as daily special features and seasonal menus. Anchored in the laid-back style and carefree atmosphere our dress code is swimsuit casual.

From a lightship that doubles as a bar with karaoke on Fridays to our small marina village and tropical gardens, LPB’s family friendly atmosphere offers a quaint village feel to it.
