Suntanner offers professional Property Management services to provide hassle free second-home ownership to its clients.

Whether you are looking for someone to pay the bills and check periodically on your lock-up-and-go property or you are seeking to make the most return on investment out of a holiday-rental home, Suntanner has a package that will suit your needs. Our dedicate staff member to property management has an in-depth knowledge of the property and housing market as well as our extensive network of reliable service supplier will leave your property in good hands while you are away.

Lock Up & Go Package - $500.00 (E.C.)

House Lockup

  • Organise and monitor post-stay house cleaning
  • Secure all windows and doors as well as any outdoor features if applicable

Weekly visits to the house:

  • Clear post box once a week
  • Checking voice mail messages and relay to client
  • Ensure that all lights and appliances are operating correctly if left on
  • Checks on water pipes
  • Flush toilets periodically
  • Inform client of any urgent issues or any maintenance problems
  • Ensure that pool is maintained weekly by Local pool company (if applicable)
  • Ensure that the garden is maintained by the local gardening contractor on schedule agreed with owner

Household care:

  • Pay utility bills or bills related to the house
  • Spearheading any repairs of urgent need of maintenance such as burst pipes etc. which would be reimbursable by owner


  • Weekly report of house visit
  • Monthly financial statement listing all expenses that have been paid on your behalf by Suntanner

Premium Owner’s Package $1100.00 (E.C.)

Includes all items in Lock up and Go Package as well as:

Employees Management:

  • Ensure that employees are turning up on time and conducting their duties as required in their contract with the owner
  • Organise payroll payment including NIS
  • Provide appropriate HR management for leaves or disciplinary actions

Maintenance works management:

  • Oversee scheduled maintenance work contracted by the owners
  • Spearhead any phone/internet issues as may be necessary
  • Make sure that pest control is also dealt with in a timely manner
  • Organize equipment maintenance as necessary such as a/c maintenance, stoves, fridges, etc.
  • Make sure that gas tanks are replenished as necessary
  • Oversee hurricane or tropical storm preparedness of the house when a named strom is forecasted

Long term tenant management:

  • Collecting and depositing rental payments as agreed with owner
  • Point of contact for any issues faced by the tenant
  • Lease management such as notices, inventory and final check out, damage deposit refund, etc.

Owners’ welcome:

  • Ensure that refrigerator is well stocked for owners upon return (to be reimbursed from villa management funds).

Full Service Holiday Rental Package - $1500 (E.C.)

Includes Premium Owner’s Package.

Guest Management:

  • Ensure that rental payments are collected as necessary and bank deposits made to the owner’s account.
  • Coordinate guests’ check-in and check-out at the property.

Concierge services:

  • Organize the airport transfer for guests on arrival
  • Organising groceries for guests’ arrival (reimbursable by guests or if there is a special arrangement).
  • Assisting with any issues that may arise during our guests stay such as issues at the villa, organizing a car rental, tours, medical visits or any other needs that may arise from time to time.

Optional management of online rental platforms:

  • Assist the owner in creating the property listing on all online rental platforms (Expidia, Airbnb, TripAvisor, etc.)
  • Attend to all enquiries coming from these rental platforms as well as the villa own website is applicable
  • Market the property through our own network of agents
  • Secure booking and manage the calendars across all platforms

Cost: 10% of all gross income from bookings secured by us.
