Outside there is a lovely private swimming pool, deck and Gazebo. You can wander round the tropical gardens and pick limes, lemons, oranges, grapefruit and mangoes (when in season).

Downstairs there is an area with could be easily made in to a large apartment. (Already has private driveway and bedroom/bathroom)

The Villa is within easy walking distance of the local beach and of a wide choice of restaurants. There is a mini-market at the near by Marina. Banks, supermarkets and the famous Grand Anse Beach are only 10 minutes drive. The Villa is only 10 minutes from the airport.
